Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with berries and antioxidants! What’s so great about smoothies is how versatile they can be.


1/4 cup Blueberry

1/4 cup Apple

1/4 cup Balckberry

1/4 cup Raspberry

1/4 cipKale

1 cup Liquid (water, any milk, juices, etc.)

Dash of Flax & Chia Seed (optional)

  1. Combine all frozen ingredients with your chosen liquid and mix in a blender until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

*Note: Smoothies are versatile in that other ingredients can easily be added to them. Protein powder, powder matcha, vitamin C supplements, and other supplements can be added to your smoothie to ensure you get your vitamins in for the day.
