Have it plain, with a flavor or a combination of your favorite toppings! Chai seeds are packed with omega-3s, which is something our bodies do not produce naturally so it’s up to us to make sure we incorporate it into our diets!
- 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Almond Milk (or choice of favorite milk)
- 2 tsp Honey
- Mix all ingredients. Make sure all ingredients are combined well. You may want to let it sit for a minute or two and stir again. Let it sit over night & enjoy!
