Full of different flavors, this simply made salad is easy to prepare. Just gather ingredients, cut, mix and enjoy!
1 can (15 oz) Chick Peas, drained & rinsed
1 Cucumber, cubed
1/2 Red Onion, diced
1/2 cup Grape or Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup Parsley, finely chopped
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1. Prepare all ingredients as directed
2. Combine all ingredients. Enjoy!
