Chocolate, peanut butter and bananas… what else could be more perfect?!
1/3 cup Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
- Mash peeled bananas in a bowl, then add the peanut butter, coconut flour, maple syrup, and baking powder.
- Divide the batter in half. Add the cocoa powder to one of the halves.
- Use coconut oil to grease a muffin tin before pouring the batter into each. Alternate the regular batter with the chocolate batter and use a tooth pick to swirl theta!
- Bake for 350 for 10-15 minutes
