These cookies are perfect for a cheat day snack! You will have most of the ingredients in your house already so baking will be a breeze.
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- Preheat the oven to 350°. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Form into small balls, place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a fork to press down on the cookies. (*Note: the cookies will not rise & will bake just as you place them on the bake sheet.)
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until done.
